Eat here about once a week. Service is generally very quick. Employees are usually very friendly (although there is typical turnover like most fast food joints). Tables are clean and they keep the condiments area stocked. Wish they had root beer in the soda dispenser, but other choices are good. The franchise often has specials like brisket and also like the healthier sandwiches they have introduced. And this is one of the few places I can get horseradish sauce. Curly fries are one of my favorite.

You know how you flip on the TV and watch an episode of a show that you don't regularly watch, but then it seems like every time you watch it, it's the SAME episode? Yeah, that's how visiting this Arby's is for me. Same wait to order. Same spiel. Same person ordering my food (super friendly woman, just slightly slow at hearing it all). Same overpriced fast food. This is your typical Arby's. Overpriced, but delicious, sandwiches, a drive thru, a few "healthy" options, and lots of unhealthy options. If you're going to indulge go for a shake and some mozzarella sticks. Yum. I love their roast beef, but could do without that fake nacho cheese they slather on everything.

Service could be faster but the food was delicious. They forgot the Arbies sauce we asked for though. Everything else was great, even our sandwitches, minus the missing arbies sauce packets of course.

Just went through the Drive-Thru at My Favorite Arby's ; Bruce B. Downs and Super Target Plaza, on the corner of County Line Road, Wesley Chapel / New Tampa. I saw the advertisement poster for the, "Limited time--Loaded Italian Sandwich" and had to have it! These folks know how to make a sandwich at this restaurant location, because it was piled with everything and looked just like the picture on the poster! When was the last time you went to any place, where your food looked just like the picture? Anyways, killer good Italian Hoagie. Absolutely blows Subway Shops' out-of-the-water. Congrats to the Arby's crew for giving the customer a great, fresh, oven toasted, sandwich. The workers here are always in a good mood and just plain, nice !! Keep up the good work. I'll be back for MORE , soon.

I rarely rate or write reviews on fast food joints but I gotta say I was lease toy surprised by the new Bbq smokehouse brisket sandwich at Arby's. Smoked brisket, Gouda cheese, onion strings, and a tasty BBq sauce all stacked and overflowing the fresh onion bun. I'm not a huge brisket fan but all I gotta say about this one is "wow". I would definitely get this one again.

Sandwiches were good, but we got the bottom of the barrel on fries. They shorted me a jalapeño bite, said they were bringing it out but never came back, obviously I'm not going to make a big deal about one missing however they brought it up and offered. Not to mention the cashier was in a long conversation with the customer in front of me about something on their shirt before they even took their order. Slightly annoying.
